Founded in 2007 by a group of dedicated parents, Down Syndrome Cheshire exists to connect, support, and empower individuals with Down syndrome and their families. We believe in the power of sharing experiences and creating a community where people of all ages with Down syndrome can unlock their full potential.
Our mission is simple: to change perceptions, create opportunities, and educate the wider community, all while ensuring people with Down syndrome lead happy, fulfilling lives.
We offer inclusive opportunities for parents, carers, siblings, and extended family members to come together, have fun, and create lasting connections. At Down Syndrome Cheshire, a person with Down syndrome is one of many, not one of a few.
